NXHub provides software for urban living and property management — unifying residents, administrators, vendors, and financial stakeholders inside a secure, multi-tenant shell. Protecting the information you trust to us is foundational to that mission.

This policy applies to information processed by NXHub as a data controller (e.g., marketing site visitors, leads, account holders) and to information NXHub processes as a data processor on behalf of customer organizations (e.g., resident records inside a property's NXHub Prime tenant).

• NXHub Prime — the operating shell for administrators, residents, and vendors.
• RIO AI — our conversational and decision-support layer embedded across the Services.
• Adjacent NXHub products (Marketplace, Developer, Pay) and any beta or sandbox environments.

a. Information you provide

• Account & contact data: name, work email, phone, role, company, region, asset footprint.
• Lead and demo-request submissions, including any free-text context you choose to share.
• Content you upload, post, or transmit through the Services (documents, records, messages, support requests).

b. Information collected automatically

• Device and connection data (IP address, browser, OS, approximate geo, referrer).
• Usage telemetry (pages, features used, error events, performance signals).
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 12.

c. Information from third parties

• Authentication providers (e.g., Google, SAML SSO) when you sign in.
• Payment, billing, and identity-verification partners where applicable to your plan.

• Operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Provide RIO AI responses and orchestrate documentation, compliance, and financial workflows.
• Respond to demo requests, support inquiries, and account communications.
• Send service updates, and — with appropriate basis — marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations (including LATAM property-management statutes such as Ley 284 / Ley 81 where applicable).

Where required (EEA/UK, Brazil's LGPD, Colombia's Ley 1581, and similar regimes), we process personal data under one or more of: contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with a legal obligation.

RIO AI uses a combination of our proprietary models and vetted third-party providers to generate responses, route requests, and assist with document intelligence. To protect tenants:

• RIO operates inside the requesting tenant's scope; cross-tenant data is not used to answer another tenant's query.
• Customer content is not used to train foundation models without explicit, separate written consent.
• RIO never returns underlying database schemas, source code, or table structures to any party.
• Where automated decisions could produce significant effects, you may request human review.

• Service providers / sub-processors: infrastructure, analytics, email, payments, AI model providers — bound by confidentiality and DPA terms.
• Your organization: if you use NXHub through an employer or property entity, that organization may access information you generate in its tenant.
• Compliance & safety: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or financing, with notice where required.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Tenant content is retained per the customer's contract; on termination, we delete or return content per the agreed schedule.

NXHub employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls scoped to property/region/global, audit logging, and an append-only infrastructure tier for sensitive ledger events. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords and MFA.

NXHub operates across distributed cloud regions in the Americas and may transfer information across borders. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent (where processing relies on consent).
• Portability of data you have provided.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
