Delete your NXHub data.

You can request that NXHub permanently delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains exactly what gets removed, how to request it, and how long it takes — for residents, administrators, vendors, and anyone who has contacted us through this website.

1. What we will delete

On a verified request, NXHub will permanently delete personal data associated with your account or contact record, including:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone, avatar, language and locale preferences).
  • Authentication identifiers (passwords are already hashed; social-login linkages are removed).
  • Messages and form submissions you sent through nxhub.io (contact form, demo requests, ROI requests).
  • Tracking events tied to your anonymous or signed-in identifiers, including UTM, click IDs, and consent state.
  • Lead records and any marketing attribution captured from your visits.

2. What may be retained

A small set of records may be kept after deletion, only when required to operate the platform or comply with the law:

  • Records required by accounting, tax, anti-money-laundering, or property-management statutes (e.g. Panama's Ley 284 / Ley 81, Brazil's LGPD retention rules).
  • Pseudonymous audit logs proving who acted on a building's records, kept for the period required by the customer contract.
  • Backups, which expire on a rolling schedule (typically 30 days); deleted data is purged from backups as they cycle.
  • Suppression-list entries: if you unsubscribed or bounced, we keep the hashed address so we never email you again.

Tenant-owned content (the building's ledger, work orders, assembly minutes) belongs to the property administrator, not to NXHub. Requests to remove that data must be directed to the administrator of your building, who acts as the data controller.

3. How to request deletion

Pick whichever channel is easiest. All three reach the same privacy queue and are treated equally:

  1. In-app — if you have an NXHub Prime account, sign in, open Settings → Privacy → Delete my account, and confirm. The request is queued immediately.
  2. Web form — use our contact form and select Privacy / data request as the intent. Include the email address tied to your account or the building you reside in.
  3. Email — write to our public privacy address from the email you want deleted. Put Data deletion request in the subject line.

To protect you against impersonation, we may ask one verification question (e.g. confirm a recent action from the same email, or click a verification link). We do not require ID scans for standard deletion requests.

4. How long it takes

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification, in line with GDPR, LGPD, and LATAM privacy laws. Backup purge can take up to an additional 30 days as backups cycle. If a request requires more time (for example, a complex tenant-content question), we will tell you why and give a clear deadline.

5. Third-party processors

When you delete your data, we also instruct our sub-processors to delete the corresponding records. This includes our infrastructure provider, analytics, email delivery, and AI model providers. Some processors retain pseudonymous logs for security and abuse prevention; those logs do not identify you and expire on the processor's own schedule.
