- Any registered private area in your PH — apartments, offices, commercial bays, and parking lockers that carry their own coefficient. Common areas, lobbies, and rooftops aren't billed.
- Do I pay separately for residents or admins?
- No. Every tier includes unlimited resident, board, and administrator seats. We only charge per registered unit.
- What happens during migration from a legacy admin tool?
- Your Growth or Premium subscription includes a guided 30-day migration: data import, balance reconciliation, and resident onboarding. We don't bill the platform fee until your first month-end runs cleanly. See the full plan at /migration.
- Are NXHub Pay fees deducted from contractors or owners?
- The 2.5% factoring fee is deducted from the contractor's accelerated payout. Owners pay the same approved invoice — the building never pays a markup.
- Can I run NXHub alongside your current admin tool during a pilot?
- Yes. Most portfolios run a single tower on NXHub Premium for one full month-end cycle before cutting over the rest.
- What's included in NXHub Core beyond pools and cash?
- Every tier ships the full resident experience: shared inbox with tasks, amenity bookings with waitlists, work orders with photo evidence, a per-unit document vault, KYC/photo-roster gate verification, and a community news + birthday board. Pools and cash application are the financial backbone, not the whole product.
