1. Copyright Ownership

All content available on nxhub.io and within the NXHub Services — including software, source code, designs, layouts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, text, documentation, videos, sound recordings, and the selection and arrangement of the foregoing — is the property of NXHub, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Panamanian and international copyright law.

2. Trademarks

NXHub, NXHub Prime, RIO, RIO AI, NXHub Pay, NXHub Shield, NXHub Developer, NXHub Marketplace, NXHub Lockers, NXHub Community, the NXHub logo, and related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NXHub, Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Permitted Use

You may view, download, and print NXHub materials solely for your internal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, framing, scraping for AI training, or creation of derivative works — requires prior written consent.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant NXHub the licenses described in our Terms of Service and confirm you have all rights necessary to do so. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.

5. Infringement Notices (DMCA-style)

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) including:

  1. An identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. A description of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL or tenant context) sufficient for us to locate it.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a properly submitted notice and will notify the affected user where appropriate.

6. Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in Panama City, Republic of Panamá (or your local court if outside Panamá).

7. Repeat Infringers

NXHub maintains a policy of suspending or terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or Tenants who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
